Ultraviolet Offset Lithography: UV Offset Printing is the primary process used to print hard surface mousepads and create quality marketing materials. UV Offset printing uses special links and ultraviolet curing to print on non-porous and non-absorbing substrates, like hard surface and lenticular lens materials. Mousepads printed with this process are cured (the ink is dry) as soon as they come off the press, eliminating the 24 hour drying time previously needed. This makes a crisper image and quicker turnaround time for your project. Our six-color press can print up to 15,000 sheets/hour and uses state-of-the-art computer controls to keep your 4-color process or spot color job consistent throughout the run.
Digital Offset Lithography: Digital Offset is a cost-effective printing method that produces brilliant 4-color process imprints for hard surface pads. Perfect for short runs, and ensures the highest digital print quality. Digital printing also enables you to personalize each mousepad for added promotional impact.
Dye Sublimation: Dye Sublimation is the primary printing process used to create unforgettable fabric mousepads. After computer-controlled offset press print heat activated dyes onto special transfer paper, precise heat and pressure forces each individual dye particle to explode into the fabric. The result is a brilliant spot (PMS) or full 4-color process imprint that is permanently dyed into the fabric surface.
Computerized Cutting: Computer Controlled die cutting equipment to manufacture your special mousepads. The cutter's Computer Assisted Design (CAD) software reads the required shape and calculates the best cutting pattern to minimize waste and maximize output.
