the art of metallurgist, coppersmith, painter and engraver with complex techniques of
glass-smelting and enamel-inlay craft, fine cloisonne enamel emblems are true works of
fine art. These are kiln-fired at 1200ºF several times. Then, each piece is hand-ground and polished.
SOFT ENAMEL -Soft enamel photo-etched emblems are produced by chemical etching of a brass base metal,
then the recessed areas are colorfilled with enamels that are PMS colormatched to your
exact specifications. Less expensive than hard-fired cloisonne enamel, the soft enamel is
an excellent bargain and can be made into emblematic jewelry for your corporation,
business, organization, school or governmental agency.
PHOTO DOME -Photo Dome emblems are full-color reproductions applied with an epoxy dome coating added
at no cost. These Photo Domes are inexpensive with high quality photo reproduction
possible - perfect for a major premium, incentive or promotional campaign.
OFFSET - With
offset pins, a printing plate is made for each color. Each separate color is printed onto
the metal, then dried in an oven before printing the next color. This process is very cost
effective and produces full color reproductions of any artwork or logo. The clear epoxy
dome (no additional charge to our clientele) is suggested to protect the surface imprint.
